Guest guest
Helene, we had snow last night. About 1/4 inch. Didn't last. But, I'll tell you it was cold! We are not used to cold. Tonight it will be in the mid 20s. It does warm up during the day, but the wind is so cold that the weatherman said it feels like 22 degrees. He was right. I didn't go to see Don today. I just couldn't drag my old body out of bed, but all is better tonight. I expect I will go in tomorrow. What part of NY do you live in? I have a daughter in Irvington NY. She works in Manhattan, and saw the Trade Center go down. That was a chilling experience for her. Love you, Imogene In a message dated 12/9/2008 9:04:51 PM Central Standard Time, hgm54@... writes: Dear Imogene, Sounds like you had a delicious visit with your daughter!!!! And, a good visit with Don!!! That's great!!!! It's raining here now, but it's a balmy 52 degrees!!!! Unusual for NY.... supposed to be near 60 tomorrow, but disgustingly rainy again. The weather will turn colder in NY just in time for the weekend.... Sending warm hugs, Helene **************One site keeps you connected to all your email: AOL Mail, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail.
