Guest guest
Dr G says enzymes are not acceptable if you have allergies, which are different from intolerances and enzymes are for intolerances because intolerances are a lack of the body's ability to digest something due to missind or inefficient natural digestive enzymes. Allergies are immune system responce. I don't know about oranges, but berries aren't allowed. Kristy Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Question about Emzymes & fruit We have used TriEnza(Houstons) & DPP4(Kirkman) for 10 yr. old little boy has allergies to milk & wheat. Would like to know what everyone is using. We have been letting him have some wheat in his diet. What are acceptable fruits on Dr. Goldberg`s diet? Are oranges accepted? Thanks Carole
Guest guest
Oranges should be ok as long as he isn't allergic. I have two that can have citrus and one that can't due to an allergy. Even if they don't test positive for an allergy, Dr. G doesn't like the kids to have nuts (except highly processed peanut butter as long as they don't have an allergy), berries, tropical fruits, casein and whole grains. These are the most allergenic foods. Guest guest
I would add corn as highly allergenic, too.
