Dear friend, When I was filling out papers for Medicaid, nothing was mentioned

about life insurance, though on the forms there was a question about it. I

didn't have time to file for it because he died before I finished the process,

but I'm sure somebody else here who has had the experience can answer your

question. Has Medicare paid the first 100 days already? I understand that is the

first step. Does he have any supplemental insurance?

Where you live, do you have access to Services for the Aged? They will answer

any question you may have about Medicare or Medicaid.
