Guest guest
cl,i think i was talking with khaya about morning fatigue, etc. i have it really bad. sounds like others do also. sometimes i'm still in the recliner until afternoon, sometimes dressed, sometimes still in my robe. i have a book, adrenal fatigue by (i think) wilson? it is very good. one suggestion he had about not being able to fall asleep was that the way the adrenal time clock is, we have to be in bed and on our way to sleep by 10 p.m. if not, we get a 'second wind' and then have trouble falling asleep. i have found this very true in my life. also, i see it in one of my daughters. she is up all night and seems her 'creativity' and getting things done happen after midnight. then she sleeps till noon and then gets nothing done until late at night again. i have read that our best sleep is actually before midnight, after that, our sleep cycles become more shallow. also, waking between 2-4 seems to be a pattern of adrenal fatigue, along with not sleeping at all. seems so much of sleep and energy is wrapped all up in the entire adrenal cascade system. unfortunately, all of us suffer from this. so we best get to bed earlier. i have noticed if i can get to sleep earlier, even if i don't have a lot of energy, i do feel better in the morning. so that is always my goal--long term goal. barbara Thu, Mar 8, 2012 at 7:03 PM, Marie Benoit wrote: I take brakes often as i forget about it ... But did you know you have to take breaks from it? I don't remember exactly why, but if you use it daily there is a harmful side effect.Khaya >> for the adrenal galn I take licorice I bought a bag of peice of branches ands have it ofr ever now this was cheap it does helsp the low blood pressure and give something for energy to o> Kindly Marie > > > ________________________________> > To: Lyme_and_Rife > Sent: Thursday, March 8, 2012 7:12 PM> Subject: Re: Digest Number 1740>
