if you do a search you may find some previous posts where I tried to

explain pretty fully how I test myself.

Basically I learned through a combination of input by my LLMD, reading online,

other people showing or telling their experience. I tried different ways and

couldn't get any consistency so I would get discouraged and drop it.

Finally a few things came together when I started using my grounding cord (which

helped discharge excess ions), and found a way to test if my body was balanced,

and started using some simple exercises to help improve the symmetry/balance if

I wasn't testing well. Also a friend showed me how she uses her middle and

forefinger to test, which really worked very well for me. Then I purchased my

lyme kit set of 8 vials, and by testing those, then dialing in the frequency I

was wondering about and testing whether it helped. This was at my LLMD's

suggestion. Over time, I got better and better, and much more consistent

results. And developed a way that I use to scale the responses.

So now I test a vial, such as borrelia and do rapid presses on the muscle I am

testing and count 0-10. 10 means my body is strong and is handling this

infection okay. So when borrelia is a 0 (about every 5-6 days), I treat it. I

choose between two frequencies for it: 432 Hz, and 432.9 Hz. I dial in the

frequency, hold the vial, and touch the frequency generator. I use my muscle

testing and counting method to count as high as it will go to find how strong

this frequency is for treating. I choose the highest one to treat. Usually

that is about 400-500 range. (To save time and energy, I count up to 10, then

switch to counting by hundreds, then zero in to count by tens to the place where

I go weak. So that might be like this: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, 100,200,300,400,

500 weakens, 410. 420, 430, 440, 450, 460,470 weakens. So my end number is 470.

Essentially this means to me that my body is unable to handle borrelia right now

(it is a 0) and that using the frequency will bring it to a 10, and that the

frequency relative effective strength is a 470.

Of course I also use it to test foods, supplements and stuff. Mostly a lot of

things where it is either a yes or a no. I also use it to help me zero in on

doses of things.

I purchased an " earthing " cord that I wear on my wrist, that plugs into a

grounded outlet, into the grounding hole. It connects me to the earth, so that

it allows excess ions to flow out to the ground. I use this at night to help

sleep. I also use it when I am muscle testing. An alternative in nice weather

is to walk outside barefoot for awhile before muscle testing.

To see if I have balance and can test, I check my muscle strength with an open

body posture. Then I cross my ankles and check again. This should short

circuit the body and should show as weaker. If this doesn't happen, I know that

my body is likely not in symmetry. My LLMD taught me an exercise: Swing the

right arm and left leg criss cross across the front of your body, then switch to

the left arm and right leg. Just do 10-30 sets of these. Then check and see if

you can get a test balance as described above. If yes, then you are ready to

test.

Also, getting inconsistent results is really the norm when you are beginning.

While the above two things helped a LOT for me in terms of getting a consistent

response, the other piece is learning how to focus your mind and teaching your

brain to give you the feedback that ultimately is coming from the non-conscious

workings of your brain/body. So practice, practice, practice.
