But it is different. The Chi gong massage is something you can do for yourself and is very invigorating.I may as well try to remember how to do the liver/gall bladder technique now, for Barbara's daughter. before what I did this morning goes out of my head. You stand with your feet comfortably separated (NOT wide). Stretch your right arm out to the side and then up, and then bend the elbow and rest the right hand on top of your head, so the elbow is pointing out to the side. Take a deep breath, stretching up, and then slowly stretch over to the left, stretching the right side of the body as you exhale, with the left arm and hand hanging loosely at the side. Now the right elbow is pointing up. Reach the left hand over to slap or tap the right side of the ribcage, stimulating the liver and gall bladder, for a couple of easy breaths. Then inhale back up to the erect position and exhale the right arm down. Take a grounding breath and bend the knees. If you do the same thing, stretching and tapping on the left ribcage, you will be stimulating the spleen and part of the stomach. This is not a deep tissue massage, but very energizing, invigorating and stimulating.Khaya> > > > >> > > > > for the adrenal galn I take licorice I bought a bag of peice of> > > > branches ands have it ofr ever now this was cheap it does helsp the low> > > > blood pressure and give something for energy to o> > > > > Kindly Marie> > > > >> > > > >> > > > > ________________________________> > > > > From: CL <cronelesbo@>> > > > > To: Lyme_and_Rife > > > > > Sent: Thursday, March 8, 2012 7:12 PM> > > > > Subject: Re: Digest Number 1740> > > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > > > > > >> > >> >>
