Hi Marie,I've been having trouble finding Alka-Seltzer Gold on the road and am almost out. I did encapsulate Bicarbonate of soda, but have forgotten how much would equal the ASG tablets. For herxes and early morning acidity, I also take Alka-Seltzer Gold for almost immediate relief. For my own revcovery, I personally disagree with the notion that alkaline water is bad for Lymies. Thanks ,I can get ASG from Amazon, and Swansons, yes. The problem is that on the road, we're rarely in one place long enough to have our forwarding service send us anything we've ordered, so I must try to find things in brick-and-mortar stores.
