Dont I know it khaya.I have Taoist texts I have been meaning to read.Sometimes ,some of them are hard to muddle through as they are almost technical in a kind of mind blowing spiritual exercises and some make such obsolete references I have no clue what they are talking about, so I just read other things until my mind is clearer.i do some self qi gong movements which is a movement meditation. There are also meditations based on what your balancing element is ( after doing a significant bit of mathematical like charting chinese horoscope and elements that affect you as a person.

I will look for the book thanks

I have just started packing to move too and so I will need all the energy I can get right now 9 especially packing out of an environment with moldand allergies to it.

I have a mini ozone machine that only runs 30 minutes at a time ,so I have to keep resetting it while packaging .it helps keep the air a bit cleaner of the mold .So I have two weeks to move out .I need energy, as much as I can muster for the packing.

I guess its going to mean doing some qi Gong daily as a morning routine

Massage. But if we google Mantak Chia, hopefully we can find it. Betty said he has written a number of books, but this one is quite basic, and related to what she had just shown us. I am a little conflicted, since I have so many unread and partly-read books and magazines piling up ... mostly on health, yoga, and gardening, so all very important. :( "Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R.
