I will look for the book thanks I have just started packing to move too and so I will need all the energy I can get right now 9 especially packing out of an environment with moldand allergies to it. I have a mini ozone machine that only runs 30 minutes at a time ,so I have to keep resetting it while packaging .it helps keep the air a bit cleaner of the mold .So I have two weeks to move out .I need energy, as much as I can muster for the packing. I guess its going to mean doing some qi Gong daily as a morning routine Jan Re: Running/Chi Gong Posted by: "khaya.davidson" khaya-davidson@... khaya.davidson Date: Sun Mar 11, 2012 10:35 am ((PDT))I think that was it: Chi Gong Self Massage. But if we google Mantak Chia, hopefully we can find it. Betty said he has written a number of books, but this one is quite basic, and related to what she had just shown us. I am a little conflicted, since I have so many unread and partly-read books and magazines piling up ... mostly on health, yoga, and gardening, so all very important.
