                    Autism/Disability Resource Fair & Conference

                          Friday, October 3rd from 6:30p - 8:30p

                                    Saturday, October 4, 2008

Registration is now open for Conference ....

 

 

CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS:

 

Please go to our website to view and print out the Conference documents:

Go to " Documents " and then " View Documents "

You will then see the Conference files.  When you open the Conference

Brochure file, please keep the first page for your information; and then fill

out and mail in the registration page with your payment.

 

Please send out this brochure to parents and organizations!   We appreciate your

help in spreading the word about our conference!   

 

Deadline for registrations and payments to be postmarked is September 26th. 

After that date, you must register at the door and pay a higher fee.

 

You do not need to list workshops you will be attending on the registration form

this year....  We will have a Conference Program for each participant that will

show room numbers for each Keynote and Workshop.   For this conference - we have

limited the number of workshops - so that everyone can participate in the

Keynote Sessions featuring the staff of Thoughtful House Center for Children.

We need you for our Resource Fair!

 

Resource Fair is from 8a - 2p

 

Our Resouce Fair is FREE for parents in the community!  Please be a part of our

Resource Fair to allow them to receive the information, support, and resources

they need!

Please contact us for an Exhibitor Registration form if you would like to be a

part of our Resource Fair and Conferene! 

Exhibitors ---  please pick one of the Community Star Sponsor levels - and mail

in your registration form and payment!

If you need to make special arrangements for payment,  - please contact us by

e-mail.

Deadline to receive Exhibitor Registration forms, payments, and ad's for the

conference program, is September 12, 2008.  

 

Community Star Sponsors:  To submit your ad for conference program:

If you would like to place a plain text quarter page size ad or event/resource

listing in the conference program, but will not be attending as an exhibitor,

you may do so by filling out the attached form and choosing the " supporter "

option.  Mail your payment to the address on the form, and submit your plain

text information to @.... 

 

If you would like a larger size ad with graphics, please choose one of the

" star " level options.
