it's very hard to set limits, Marie! But I found out that if you have a very good reason, you can do it. Last night after I wrote that post, I turned off my computer so I could get to bed at a reasonable hour. I had to get up earlier than usual this morning, and I didn't turn on the computer because I knew I would end up being late for my meeting! So I know it can be done ...
