Guest guest
Barbara, When I was a teenager, my uncle from California sent me an Ansel book on the Olympic Peninsula for my birthday. I remember foggy photos of trees that went up past the borders of the photos. (I'm sure I still have the book somewhere.) So is Olympia near there? And 2 hours from the ocean does sound a lot safer. I was wondering about the effects of the tsunami, actually. i keep thinking that you will be leaving your dream house. But the dream did not work out exactly as you planned. And you will not be that far away. Where you are going sounds very nice--and I think it is a very practical and well-thought-out decision.
