I use a (00) capsule of MSM, open it, drop in as much CS as will fill up the larger half of the capsule, and the put its cap back on. Then just before i tuck it under my tongue, I pierce the capsule with a needle to accelerate its melting and try to keep it under my tongue for at least 20 min., keeping my tongue plastered to the roof of my mouth to avoid tasting it. Then swallow fast and chase it with water or juice. I have no idea what would be best for a CE.Be well,Léna Interesting Lena, What is the amount of MSM annd of silver please? I've just noticed that with the rigors of travel, it boosts my 'normal' a notch. After a week of doing it nightly, I definitely could see it was a helpful adjunct. Troy Hi Jim, I thought MSM converted to DMSO in the body. One thing I'm doing now and it's really helping is a mix of MSM and CS and holding it under the tongue. It's almost as effective as an IV and really helps knock problems out. it's a new adjunct protocol over at Lymestrategies. I will do the same , checking the amount itmakes with a dropper and putting the same in the CE

the only caution to put too much because of herx. Cs is not irritative to me .
