Guest guest
Listmates, We just returned from our annual visit to Tarzana. is 7 and has been on the protocol for two years. While he has shown impressive gains, Dr. G definitely seems to feel that he should be further along. His blood work has shown very little improvement in ASO and ANA titers, so we're wondering what we might be missing. In the initial visit blood work two years ago, did show sensitivity to eggs, and does get seasonal excema in winter. So we eliminated eggs, but Dr. G said egg beaters were OK. has french toast (made with egg beaters) and turkey bacon pretty much every morning for breakfast, so I'm wondering if the egg beaters could be the problem? We sent in a food diary in the fall and eliminated Ritz Bitz and Fig Newtons, but the blood work still does not show the progress that he would like. The egg beaters is the only other thing I can think of. Any feedback? Any any ideas on a different egg substitute? Thanks - you guys are a huge help!
