Guest guest
Hi Patti, I would start very slow. Maybe 15 seconds on 432. Wait two days and if you don't herx add another 15 seconds to your time. I had been treating Lyme for over two years with an EMEM machine and was no longer herxing from it. In spite of this Stolar recommended I start with 15 seconds on the coil. I thought surely after two years of treating lyme with another rife instrument I should be able to handle a longer run time on the coil, but I decided to take 's advice and glad I did. I herxed after 15 seconds. You have to really ramp up slowly with a coil machine because it kills a lot and your body may not be able to handle the die off if you kill too much. I also would not coil for Lyme more then once a week to start. This will give your body to detoxify. > > I just purchased a coil machine and needed some guidance on how to proceed. I know how to run the machine etc. ,but not sure how long to coil and what areas to do first and the best freq. to start out with. I also suspect mycoplasma infection in addition to the co-infections. Joe >
Guest guest
Hi, Joe - If you're the least bit sensitive to things in general, you can't go wrong with 5 seconds on the belly to start with, using the basic 432 for Lyme. Have detox solutions and toxin binders at the ready to deal with the herx. (Query the messages on the board - lots of good suggestions for detox and binders.) You can always increase the time, but there are no " do-overs " when you go too fast and get a nasty herx. (All of the things I've tried over the years and Friday night I did my very first coil, scoffing at my initial thoughts to start @ 5 seconds. How bad could 10 little seconds possible be? In my case...bad...very bad...and I *know* better! ;-} But hey...it worked! ;-} Take care, Fifi > > I just purchased a coil machine and needed some guidance on how to proceed. Guest guest
Hi Fifi, Your words were good words of wisdom!! Pace not race! Right!! Some have had nasty herxes with just 15 seconds starting out, 5 seconds makes a lot more sense.. Always best to not start with a herx (if possible) and scale up the time to work into a herx.. Just stick with the time you are comfy with and you will be okay.. Jim > > > > I just purchased a coil machine and needed some guidance on how to proceed.
