Guest guest
I use regular white, sifted bread flour. My son gets very limited gluten (one pancake in the a.m., half a sandwich at lunch on school days and that’s pretty much it for the day). Guest guest
I have papers stored somewhere re the link to cows milk and diabetes that were real good, and another one showing just the natural immune stimulation that cows milk does but is also associated w/diabetes, asthma, ?seizures?, and some other autoimmune disorders. If you want them, I'll try to find them. ________________________________ From: Jerri Gann <njgann@...> Sent: Wednesday, March 4, 2009 10:48:25 PM Subject: Re: Re: Soy question and good days/bad days We are trying to get his eosinophils down and avoid diabetes. Dr G is always telling me my son is one dose of milk away from diabetes. He gets the red rash around his mouth off and on all the time. I would love to figure out what causes it. In fact I was reading about Stage 2 diabetes on Web MD and they recommend a dairy free diet also the Chinese and Japanese have relatively no breast cancer in their societies and they are attributing it to a no milk diet.
