Well firstly you saiod your sodium was out of balance.usually this has happened because the allopathic physicians have kept up the myth of salt being bad for you so people went to low salt diets.Salt keeps fluids in the body.But white processed salt has additives that make it bad for you , so eat sea salt.Himalayan sea salt or celtic sea salt is excellent.Second you need magnesium calcium and potassium to balance each
