Guest guest
My friend told me of someone she met who has a large 18 yr. old son who was very big and was having violent outbursts. She was on the brink of having to send him to a home for her safety, and her doctor prescribed the marijuana pills. Within a week he was calmed down and she could take care of him at home and even take him places. She was extremely thankful that he wouldn't have to go to an institution. I don't know the long-term effects, and I would of course explore them if I were in that situation. An institution could certainly do damage also. I also believe in getting to the core of the problem, but sometimes that can take a while, as we all know. There were multiple dark (dead) areas. It might help with some symptoms in the short term, but in the long term, the damage to the brain is irreversable. Our kids already have brain dysfunction that we are trying to heal; I certainly wouldn't want to do anything to make it permanent.
