Hi Fifi what I know is what my doctor told me , that lyme hides or somehow attaches itself to mercury, making it harder to get at.I did a mercury detox and suddenly the lyme came out and was easier to kill.I would go after mercury , , Id do Alpha lipoic acid and DMSA and chlorella and pectin or other binder for a couple of weeks , then hit the lyme.,give your body some rest time between mercury detoxing .The DMSA do twice a week for two or three weeks then do a lot of other detoxing while coiling.Dont forget to do herbs that help build your energy and immune system also.jan. Mix it up? For those members "blessed" with chronic Lyme & Co. *and* mercury poisoning, I was wondering what you've found works well with respect to the timing of mercury detox while coiling for Lyme. Does it work well to coil for a number of sessions, then run a cycle of mercury detox, then coil again for x sessions and repeat? (I'm partial to Cutler's protocol for mercury detox, because I got very sick in the past from more aggressive approaches that I felt just redistributed the mercury, before I even knew that such a thing was possible.)Or have folks found that it works best to coil for an extended period before dealing with the mercury poisoning? I have to be able to function somewhat during the week, so my coiling and detoxing are scheduled for Friday and weekend. Due to extreme sensitivities, doing both together isn't such a hot idea.Hard to tell at this point which problem is causing more of the symptoms, so they both seem equally problematic at this point. I'm also aware that killing the Lyme could be adding to the mercury load, so I'm thinking that a bit of de-mercurying after x number of coil sessions might be the way to go, unless there's good advise against that approach. Would appreciate, as always, learning from others' experiences.Thank you!Best regards,Fifi "Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R.
