Hi Fifi ,

I do not know . I have the same probleme of overload of toxine mine was solved as i could nto handle anymore any kind of heavy metal detox even one drop for infants .

So I had just to skip it completly until further time with a lower load of bacteiras .

The good new is that even beign stucked with the heavy metal detox I still progress on the lyme .

For those members "blessed" with chronic Lyme & Co. *and* mercury poisoning, I was wondering what you've found works well with respect to the timing of mercury detox while coiling for Lyme. Does it work well to coil for a number of sessions, then run a cycle of mercury detox, then coil again for x sessions and repeat? (I'm partial to Cutler's protocol for mercury detox, because I got very sick in the past from more aggressive approaches that I felt just redistributed the mercury, before I even knew that such a thing was possible.)Or have folks found that it works best to coil for an extended period before dealing with the mercury poisoning? I have to be able to function somewhat during the week, so my coiling and detoxing are scheduled for Friday and weekend. Due to extreme sensitivities, doing both together isn't such a hot idea.Hard to tell at this point which problem is causing more of the symptoms, so they both

seem equally problematic at this point. I'm also aware that killing the Lyme could be adding to the mercury load, so I'm thinking that a bit of de-mercurying after x number of coil sessions might be the way to go, unless there's good advise against that approach. Would appreciate, as always, learning from others' experiences.Thank you!Best regards,Fifi

Hi Fifi,

I am also a fan of Cutler. After having a bad experience with my initial

mercury detox protocol (before I was diagnosed with LD), I really wanted as mild

a detox experience as possible. I studied Cutler carefully, and chose

molybdenum (250mcg) as my main metals-detox protocol. I gradually worked up to

6 daily, between meals, and my yearly hair sample has never shown high

molybdenum, so most of it is binding with toxins. But neither of my doctors was

satisfied with that, so I got prescriptions for compounded ALA (40mg, 2-4

without food) and NAC (100mg once daily with food). I agreed to take DMPS (10mg

twice daily with food) for 4-5 days a month--away from the perigee (when the

moon is closest to earth) several months out of the year (not every month), at

which time I also took my maximum ALA & NAC.

At the time of my last hair sample, I agreed also to do a DMPS IV " challenge

test " which I had been avoiding. Both my hair sample and urine test results

came back with NO mercury. So that method did work for me. Of course, as more

LD is killed off, there will probably also be more mercury released into my

system. So I have continued with the molybdenum, ALA & NAC, but I have not

repeated the DMPS.

You might be big enough to take conventional amounts of these supplements, which

is cheaper than custom-made compounds. Another reason for compounds is to avoid

allergens like " modified food starch " which are in everything.

So my metal-detox protocol is constant, except for the strong stuff.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'm just rolling off 3 " Cutler " days with 6mg of DMSA every 3-4 hours and it

went okay. (Since my sleep is still lousy, it's unfortunately easy to do.

Breaking up the 25mg caps into 4 is a pain, tho, but got too sick at 12.5mg.)

Wasn't going to coil this past Friday since I was doing the DMSA, but couldn't

resist when pointed out that there could be " full moon " advantage, so even

went up from 5 secs to 10 secs and had only a mild herx.

I feel like I've hit the lotto when I've been able to do a healing/killing

protocol and still manage to roll out of bed during the weekend and actually do

something.

I think I'll continue in this fashion, coiling for several weekends and then

doing a Cutler/DMSA weekend. Will report back if it turns out to be great...or

not so great.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Fifi
