Well jim, it was a great challenge and step forward in comp. technology for me.  really.  but i guess i can still learn.my problem:  the extreme heat within my body is a little less today, and the attacks with increased heart pounding, headache, stomach issues, have calmed some also.  although, this evening, they are increasing, but they usually do in the evening.  i did  a colonic and c.e. yesterday.  wonder if that helped.

i am ordering the mcp and i have chlorela, but have to be careful because of constipation.  will the gluc. work as a  replacement for the algae type binder they suggest to be used with mcp?

this has been a really hard herx. heart had a hard time.  it feels like it was possibly the lyme.  not sure.  i did 20 sec. last (first) time.  should i reduce the time of coiling to lessen the 10 day herx?  or will a second 20 sec. coil be not as bad?

any suggestions?barbaraOn Wed, Apr 11, 2012 at 7:08 PM, <Lyme_and_Rife-owner > wrote:

thx marie, good advice.  i try to do the colonics 2-3 a wk, and do lesser enemas 4-5x a wk.  would like to get a schedule of daily with ce but can't seem to get there from here.  i always feels better afterward.  even within 20 min my head and energy seems better.  a miracle treatment for sure.

Marie, thanks for the info.  actually, my colonics aren't the professional ones.  i call it that to distinguish between just a lower enema and the hot water bottle high enema i do myself.  i tried a professional colonic--terrible experience, but i was very blocked up.  it actually got me started on this.  i really need to do it daily as my gut is immobile and it helps to keep things moving.  maybe why i feel better afterwards.

is the colema the board you can buy?  do you use a lot of water with it?  i can only handle the 2 quarts or less in the pink hot water bottle (old fashion) system.  after that i'm exhausted.

thanks for the encouragement.  i will work on increasing it as i work on lyme and metals detox.barbara

Barbara, I haven't read this full thread, but here's my two cents on your situation.

This month for me has had a very strong monthly moon flare. That might account for some of your symptoms. From what someone posted about the moon cycle, next month could be worse. Check the calendar to see how it might fit for you.

About mercury, in my experience yes it is very attached to the bugs and gets released with the treatment. I've been treating mercury toxicity for years without being able to make much of a dent in it. It appears I have made a great leap forward this past year while coiling. My LLMD's position has always been that the killing and chelating need to be done together--back and forth between the two. That seems to have been the case for me. While coiling I have noticed what seemed to be more release of mercury. Since I muscle test myself, I noticed that I seemed to be needing more chelator/more frequently. My doctor said I could do it more often, which I did.

Two years ago my mercury levels were way off the charts--scary levels. That is in spite of treatment of it for 7-8 years already. Partly this level showing up was because I was starting to move it better. That was due to figuring out my methylation issues and supporting that area much better.

Even so, my LLMD was extremely impressed with the progress I made in the past year since I started coiling. A year ago my level of mercury was something like 15-20, two years ago it was over 30 as I recall. This year it was 1.5 (under 4 is considered " normal " ). He told me that I am not finished yet, just that the mercury is out of the more readily accessible areas. So I have added a second chelator which will assist to move it out of the harder to get areas. I notice I can't do this too often. I take enzyme with the chelator and then do my coiling an hour after that, followed by binders, lots of detox and extra potassium (my chelator pulls out potassium). Extra water, etc.

One final piece that you could consider, is making sure your mineral and electrolyte levels are adequate. This is very important for detoxing the mercury, and may also be important for coiling effectivenss (just my personal experience), and for detox in general. I personally need at least a minimum of 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, and 30 MeQ of potassium every day, plus I take magnesium by injection. I recently had a herx start and set in for weeks--it was herx/flare, or whatever and I couldn't figure out what was going on. It turned out to be salt deficiency (in my transition back and forth to the USA I had stopped adding sea salt to my drinking water.) Once I corrected that, I started a consistent upward trajectory and am back to at least where I was before all that started in January if not better. I'm now taking the salt with C, like a salt/C protocol and may continue to build that up over time.

Sherry,i had wondered if the moon thing had a connection.  just never paid much attention to it before.  will watch next month.mercury:  been looking into it.  had a mouth full of fillings, but gone now.  probably inhaled the dust as they were removed.  also, i was a dental assistant 40+ yrs ago and amalgam was all we used.  so had an additional exposure which i never considered before.  remembering getting it on my hands, never thought of the dangers then.  i have trouble detoxing so that may be an issue because of the mercury?.  i'm going to look up my lab test which i kept on the metal readings and see what #s i had.

i will take some time tomorrow to digest some of what you said.  i'm 'spent' tonight trying to avoid my tax return.  it is so stressful thinking of things to do to avoid it, like being here on this site.  used to do them with no problem, including partnerships, self employed, etc.  but not now.  but i still have 5 days to procrastinate as they aren't due until the 17th this yr.

i am ordering the mcp to start.  i have to watch all the other binders as they are so constipating.  glucammanon seems to be ok.i have definitely got to do minerals as i drink large amounts of rev. osm. water  but i don't know what to get and where to start or what i need.  jim's been pushing magn. and as i've researched today i think he may be on to something for those 30 min. attacks i get.  my husband and i are starting to consider they may be the myelin shealths are damaged.  there is nothing in the body that works on a 30 min cycle to set these off.  but because they act like a panic attack with heat stroke, it could be the nervous system.

i looked up mult. scl. (ms) symptoms (myelin shth. damage) and i have most all the symptoms.  one dr actually suggested it and i got an mri, but no leasions.  but is often lyme related, sometimes mercury related.  and it seems that no matter how much treatment (abx, coil, mms, etc,) i do, these symptoms never change.  my heart  symptoms have landed me in the er more than once since the '90's.  and it has really been bad lately, actually kind of scaring me as i feel sometimes i won't make it through the attack.  i'm also becoming much weaker and having a hard time even standing up.  my limbs feel like noodles.

because it all started after the c. diff infection in 2000, lasting 8 months, which could have caused the vagus nerve damage in the gut,  plus the damage jim recently said lyme causes to the myelin shealths (which i never knew before) i do wonder if it is the nervous system damage.  so now i'm doing research to see about repairing that.  did find some info today.  minerals, as you stated you needed, was one of the healing things.  so how do i start with them?  oh, and electrolytes.

not sure how much the benzo withdrawal is affecting it, but i am down to a very low amt now, so should be seeing a decline in symptoms if that were the cause.  but no decline, and these were here before the benzos. i'm sure it's not helping it, but i don't think the cause of the increase in symptoms.

what you said about the mineral and electrolytes i will pursue.  any other info you have or anyone else has will be greatly appreciated.  if i can get control of these symptoms i will be a great case study for all.

thanksbarbara
