Guest guest
Hi, This is in response to Elyse and the general discussion about the UNVACINATED AUTISM CASES. Yes, I too had a grandma that smoked and drank for 50 years and never developed lung cancer or cirrhosis. Yes there will always be exception to the general trend. Buts there is a general trend. Should it be ignored? It's been demonstrated that those vaccinated with mercury containing products are at increased risk of developing autism. Sorry if you don't agree with this, if not, then you did not take the time to properly review the literature. Just because unvaccinated children go on to acquire ASD does not mean that exposure does not come from a plethora of other sources. There is extensive published evidence that mercury exposure in the general population is ubiquitous and present in food, air, water and medicine supply...including flu and Rho D. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends flu shouts for children under 3 AND pregnant women. How remiss is that? There is no excuse anymore to allow mercury in flu shots or any product. There is even mercury in high fructose corn syrup (do the research). Guest guest
What I understand from Ray's comments is that we live in a very toxic environment. I cringe when there is debate about vaccinations and whether or not they cause autism because I feel it diminishes the energy that could/should be used to finding a solution. Too many vaccinations with too many impurities is just one of the issues. My hope is that this wasted energy will stop and that we can unite and say that the toxic world we have created and we have to live in is making us sick (ASD is just one illness after all), that we want to stop throwing mercury laced batteries and lightbulbs in the landfills, that we do what we can to eliminate the two US-sized patches of plastics that are floating in the oceans and leaching toxins into the food chain, that we stop driving gas-guzzlers for every little errand, etc. etc. and that we find ways to fortify our immune systems to have good quality of life. Can we please unite on the MUCH bigger picture and start doing something about it??? Guest guest
I agree fully. including that thimerisol in vaccs can contribute to the toxic-soup-o-culture that many individuals just cant process out. r ________________________________ From: on behalf of elyse14 Sent: Tue 3/31/2009 8:47 PM Subject: Re: NO AUTISM In Never-Vaccinated Children - and sometimes there is Ray, that's a little like I went to a meeting where a doctor gave a talk that autism was caused by prenatal vitamins (because most women take them). Till there is a test and not a diagnosis based on symptoms in a child I don't think we can say what causes this. Since there are many " subsets " of children with this diagnosis I will be surprised if there is only one causal effect. I only said there were children in the practice who where never vaccinated and still had the " label " .
