Guest guest
Hey Brittany, Good to hear from someone else in Australia.. I'm on the Gold Coast, was diagnosed with CFS when I was 18. I found diet was a huge thing for me (food intolerance) and after changing that I gradually improved. Now I'm 25 and pretty much in remission I guess you'd say. I have up and down days still. Food intolerance is thought to be a disorder of neuroregulation, as is CFS in atleast a subset of sufferers, and the 2 seem to go hand in hand quite often. I'm studying medical science at University now and would like to do research into food intolerance and its role in CFS. So it's cool that your facebook group deals with that issue exactly.. I joined and added ya on facebook.
