Hi Marie & Krassi,I buy NOW's Lecithin, which is high in Phosphatidyl Choline, and is available (at a discount) at our local health-food store. NOW has several versions of everything, so look for Lecithin 1200mg that specifies "Triple Strength" in the small print. 1 serving (3 "softgels") has 1140mg of Phosphatidyl Choline. See if you can get the large-economy size, which is cheaper in the long run--I pay $13.99 for 200 capsules. , I can just respond to say that yes, I herxed alot on the Kane protocol, and still do, and take much smaller doses, but think it has definately been helpful!
