It is supposed to be taken every 2 weeks until it has despeared completly I guess with no interruption if possible . The herx reaction is mostly brain fog for me but a rash one may be some insomnias too .

For me it goes away by doing colonics and taking welchol . Chlesteramine is supposed to work as well . I remmeber havign read that it needs to be taken at least 3 weeks to wipe ou tthe excess of neurotxines freed by the dye off. Keep in mind the fungus developp at the speed of light just think of how we make bread it rises in 30 mn it is good yeast but it is yeast .

For me I will also take care of my hair and my nails at teh same time with an other product that is a yeast that feed itself with yeast so ti eat them until the reis no more . Bu twe cannot take it at the same tiem than the lufenuron because ti will kill the yeast predator of the pathologic yeasts. I have dicovered tha tmy pillows gives me fungus so I need to change them , I realised that when I was awaking in th emorning th eyeast in my ears where back on the side I had been sleeping. We need to be careful with all this . I anticipate this to take me 6 month like a normal antifungal medecine . So I plan to take it the 1er and the 15 of each month until furher notice as I want to get ridf of it for good . This is jus tmy thinking nothing else . I wan tto treat my cat too his hair I do not know how to do .
