Guest guest
Jim,your 4 a.m. is my 1 a.m. on the w. coast. is that right. i might as well just stay up.last night, instead of sleeping i laid in bed redesigning my garden (i have a guy coming sat. to tear out the raised beds and lay down landscape fabric then rebuild beds over it as the the entire 50'x50 garden space is covered with oats, alfalfa, and grass and their seeds from horse manured raised beds that got a head of me and stayed a head), designing the small kitchen area in the 'bungalow' above the garage, painting all the just installed interior trim, and landscaping my yard. my step dad said my mom and i are tired in the mornings because we work all night. it is a curse in my family that we 'think' instead of sleep. so i was awake at 1 anyway.barbara Hey and Barbara, Do you guys just want to exchange phone numbers and we can talk at say 4:00AM every morning... :-) Now when I awaken, I am not thinking of a single thing, so what should I write down on my pad? :-)) I am completely blank, just can't fall back to sleep.. Guess it is time to take out the ole Binuaral Beat music, it worked in the past!! Take care, Jim > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > I normally have a very difficult time trying to control worrying, but > > now I am in an emergency situation.
