Also the nails will have ridges or lines. B12 deficiency can be from a stomach acid deficit or absence, and/or from taking NSAIDs. Sincerely,Robin Little Hi - I was told by my Acupuncturist that the teeth marks around my tongue were due to spleen chi difficiency.
