Teeth Marks on tongue can point to a B12 deficiency. Also if the tongue gets sore and sensitive. Also the nails will have ridges or lines. B12 deficiency can be from a stomach acid deficit or absence, and/or from taking NSAIDs.

Hi - I was told by my Acupuncturist that the teeth marks around my tongue were due to spleen chi difficiency. What in particular does Dr. Chi state is wrong with the pancreas and kidneys? Thanks, Meo
