Hi Susie,

Please do not add any water to the tea concentrate in your big bottle...

You can however add more water in your cup... The recipe calls for using

1 oz of Essiac concentrate and 2 ounces OR MORE of hot water... You

actually can all all the water you wish, just have to drink it all... And

even if the tea gets cold, it is okay to finish.. Mine always gets cold

as I forget I am drinking it!!

So perhaps just adding more hot water as this will dilute the tea without

diluting the dose!!

Now remember, this is a great detoxer... I actually feel worse on my one

week off and it take a few days of being back on the tea before I start

to feel better... So each sip you take you are saying goodbye to some toxins!!

Take care,

Jim

bottom and you will be missing vital components of it.maybe start witha lower

dose like a 1/2 ounce or have a tiny bit of something in your stomach

bottle before I take out my 1 oz. Thanks for answering.
