Guest guest
Hello! I am new to the group and could really use some help on getting the right produce. My son, Jaden, is 5 and has recently started working with Dr. G. Has anyone created a list of products that are acceptable to eat on the diet? This has been the biggest challenge. I would be more than willing to put a list together from your responses and post it under the Files. I seem to continuosly hit a dead-end when it comes to bread, yogurt, cheese and other substitutes. I tend to find tapioca, cane, brown rice, whole grains, and/or organic ingredients in the substitutes as well. Also, how have some of you managed to give the medication to your kids? I am currently giving my son the Valtrex with PB & J but am concerned that he will have a sensitivity to peanut butter soon. He is such a picky eater and with such a limited diet. Thanks, Jasmin
