Hi there. I'm a new member and have just recently got a Rife machine (handmade one by someone locally-plasma bulb-manual frequencies). Having herx reactions and heard different things re. how often to use it. What are your opinions? I was using it daily for 5 days, but realized this was too much (felt like I had the flu by day 5) I stopped for two days and herx stopped. Should I use it again now or wait? Also there are a lot of frequency lists and wasn't sure if anyone has their recommended "sets" to use, especially when you were a newbee. Lastly is it better to do one thing at a time, like Rife, and then later Cats Claw or abx? I know these are all big questions and I welcome your opinions. Thanks everyone for being there.
