Hi Marie,If you are having an allergic reaction to the milk, it will get better once you stop drinking it. It usually takes no more than 4 days for the reaction to end completely, but sometimes less than that. Sometimes it helps to take an antihistamine, like benedryl. I was not expecting such a raction . I have began to add tomatoes and pears thorught decreasing the amount of raw milk as a result .

Now I sleep all day long and stay awakwed at night what a delight .
