Hi Marie,

If you are having an allergic reaction to the milk, it will get better once you

stop drinking it. It usually takes no more than 4 days for the reaction to end

completely, but sometimes less than that. Sometimes it helps to take an

antihistamine, like benedryl. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Marie,

No matter which milk you end up with, start low, scale up... You have no idea

how this is going to affect you, and if it does kill pathogens, you can expect

some herxes...
