I think the lecithin & B complex are in addition to the foot bath, not in it.What is Benfotiamine ?Does borax kill fungus better than H2O2, baking powder, or vinegar? I have horrible toenails and flaky feet (and have tried lots of things over many, many years).Khaya>> > > The only thing I see that foot bath killing is fungus, particularly ringworm as borax will kill ringworm ( which is a fungal parasite).the epsom salts and sea salts might soothe the feet and it might help a little with detox . and with the lecithin I can see the foot bath being quite a bit murky. Will lecinthin absorb through the feet is the question, which I do not know> jan> > > Re: foot

Hi Khaya,

Benfotiamine is a slow acting B1 vitamin.

This is a good supplement for Myelin sheath repair (nerve damage)

repair along with a few other supplements..

Take care,

Jim

Thanks Jim, I never heard of Benfotiamine before! I'm not sure how much nerve

damage I have--some, obviously, but I think it's improved somewhat. I'll

mention it to my lldo.

Thanks Marie,

Do you use the phythium oligandrum orally or topically? Do you remember where

you got it? Khaya
