Guest guest
Jim, I forgot to ask about mms & essiac tea. I take vit c with breakfast & so I have to wait 2 hours to take mms. I usually take 2 small crackers before mms just to insure my stomach not hurting. Then I wait another hr & take l-glutamine & colostrum, which are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. If I have to fit in a second 1/2 dose of essiac tea in the a.m., when would I take it in the above schedule? If I do alright with adding more water to the tea, I can just take the 1 oz tea in the afternoon & not worry trying to fit in in the a.m. This is the problem when taking multiple supplements. Any advice? Maybe instead of diluting it, I won't shake up the bottle before I take out my 1 oz. Thanks for answering. > > > > > > Susie > > > > > > " Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything > > > really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely.
