Guest guest Posted April 7, 2012 Report Share Posted April 7, 2012 Jim, I took 1/2 oz of the tea yesterday & it didn't bother my stomach. I didn't realize I'd have to do it twice then. I take l-glutamine & colostrum on an empty stomach. Can Essiac tea be taken at the same time? I have to drink a whole glass of water & then 1 small pretzel in order to get the capsules down. Is that 1 pretzel going to affect the Essiac tea? I am continuing to shake the tea before I take out my 1/2 oz. It settles so fast in the cup. I keep swirling it around before each sip so that all the sediment won't be in the last sip. Thanks.
