Hi everyone,

This post should be of interest to every single person

readying this, it is about the tyranny all of us have seen over recent

years

pertaining to the the tremendous powers the FDA is exerting

over every American citizen. Something happened about a year ago

and the MMS movement vowed it was going to take on the FDA

for fear that every American's rights were being violated because

of the power the FDA was exerting that common items we use

may be construed as drugs.

About a year ago you may recall that a company named Project

GreenLife, run by a very nice family, they sold different health

items including MMS, were raided by the FDA SWAT style and

closed down because they sold MMS. Selling and using MMS is not

illegal, but the FDA is claiming MMS is a drug and therefor

can not be sold.. The FDA did NOT go after any other MMS resellers..

The full story of what happened is explained below. I

also will remind you the FDA also raided " raw milk " vendors using the

same method,

SWAT style, guns drawn!!

The product MMS is than sodium chlorite and sodium chlorite

has been sold for decades as water purification drops that

has been used by millions of campers, hikers and anyone else

in need of something to purify water gathered from streams and

lakes, etc. It is sold either as a liquid or pills... So

this is all that MMS is and this is what the FDA closed down Project GreenLIfe

(PGL) for.

We as American Citizens have the right to buy sodium

chlorite, add a food acid to it and consume it, this is not illegal... What the

FDA

is trying to prove is MMS is illegal to be sold as it is a

" drug. " Now many of us on this group and millions around the world

buy MMS (sodium chlorite)

and in our own homes add a food acid to it,

thus unlocking chlorine dioxide, also a water purifier and very powerful

pathogen killer. PGL has absolutely

nothing to do with us making chlorine dioxide. There is

a link in the " MMS User Declaration " that claims that clorite and

chlorine dioxide

has been used safely in human testing... And if you read the

MMS User Declaration (in the link at the bottom of this Newsletter) you

will gain a very good knowledge of what MMS is.

A man’s life - and that of his friends and family - hangs in the

balance. They need our immediate help. The FDA’s

prosecutor has called for a federal grand jury to be convened in the

Eastern District of Washington in less than ten days. We don’t have

much time to make history.

The FDA seeks to have the courts declare MMS a " drug " subject

to regulation by the FDA and to charge of Project GreenLife

and others with violations of Title 18 Section 371, " Conspiracy to

commit an offense against the United States " in violation of The Food

Drug and Cosmetic Act.

On June 29, 2011, without any warning, the FDA raided

’s home along with two companies that did Project GreenLife's

fulfillment and bottling.

Armed with guns and vests, they seized everything: computers, hard

drives, business records, private member records, product, equipment, and

every penny from every bank account, wiping Project GreenLife out all in a

single afternoon. Not a bad day’s work for a stealthy yearlong

operation.

Project GreenLife was a 1st and 14th Amendment Private Membership

Association. As Trustee, wrote the FDA a year prior, asking if

the agency had any legal and valid objection to making MMS available to

private members in the private domain.

By the help and counsel of the ProAdvocate Group, based his

inquiry on a good-faith understanding of U.S. Supreme Court case law as it

pertained to the activities of a private association. told the

FDA unless they objected within ten days he would assume they had no

objection.

While they could have just replied, they didn’t, leaving to

believe he was free to go about his business. In the meanwhile, FDA

agents spent a year quietly going through his garbage, putting GPS tracking

devices on his cars, having agents sign membership contracts affirming they

were not federal agents so they could make fraudulent buys.

Slowly and methodically they gathered enough information to craft a

story that would shock a Magistrate into granting them nearly a hundred

warrants so they could completely wipe Project GreenLife out all in a single

day. They wanted to teach a lesson, limit the availability of

MMS to the world, and make sure nobody else tried exercising their

constitutional rights.

has been fighting for his life and the lives of his people for

ten months with very little resources and without an attorney.

He’s kept everything under wraps until now.

If the FDA wins this case, it would result in a horrible precedent by an

uninformed court’s determination that MMS and sodium chlorite are

“drugs” subject to regulatory oversight, and and others

may go to prison for a very long time.

But they’ve underestimated the MMS Movement. We have a

chance to turn it all around and stop this before it goes any

further. Both a grand jury and trial jury can put an end to the

tyranny of rogue agencies like the FDA with what is called " Jury

Nullification " .

Google those words and share what you learn. If we band together,

Jury Nullification could be the end of corrupt government.

Prosecutors, judges, and agencies like the FDA are terrified of the

words “Jury Nullification” because it educates jurors of their

right and power to decide what is and isn’t a “just” law,

placing the real Power back into the hands of the People where it belongs.

This is how the prohibition on alcohol was repealed in America in

30’s. Juries simply refused to convict because the law was

unjust.

Harlan F. Stone, the 12th Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in

1941 said: “The law itself is on trial quite as much as the cause

which is to be decided...

If a juror feels that the statute involved in any criminal offence is

unfair, or that it infringes upon the defendant's natural god-given

unalienable or constitutional rights, then it is his duty to affirm that

the offending statute is really no law at all and that the violation of it

is no crime at all, for no one is bound to obey an unjust law.”

Juries are made of people like you and me. They aren't dumb and

they can see through greedy government charades if they are provided with

enough facts.

The facts in this case are sodium chlorite is not a drug, the FDA has no

jurisdiction, and and Project GreenLife are not

criminals. The problem is, grand juries tend to only hear the

prosecutor's version of the story, and trial juries rarely hear the

evidence that would acquit.

However, a prosecutor is obligated to share " exculpatory

evidence " and we can help with that!

The jury needs to hear that sodium chlorite is not a drug, that chlorine

dioxide, privately made, is perfectly safe to use, and that the FDA is

overreaching!

They also need to know that and his people are not

criminals. They need to hear they (the jury) have the power to put an

end to the FDA’s 110 year reign of sickness and terror.

Thanks for doing this... There is strength in numbers..

Please be sure to complete the process, obviously the MMS movement does not

trust the government,

so they are going to check each mailing to be sure it was received!!

It seems like over the past few years the FDA has gotten so much worse... We

first were

shocked when they raided an Amish family for selling " raw " milk, then again last

year

a raw milk vendor was raided FDA SWAT style for the crime of selling milk!! In

my area,

even folks who don't drink raw milk we " ticked " off this happened.. AND now the

FDA

is trying to take away all the new supplements that came out after 1994... they

want

they put trough the same kind of testing " drugs " go through, which means most of

these

supps will disappear or since the supplement companies can't afford this

testing, the fear

is the better supps will be tested by BIG PHarma and if they successfully pass,

we the people

will have to get these supps via a script from our doctor and that $15 bottle of

supps will

probably cost $150.. All we can do now is pray they fail at this..

Hi Jim,

I sent

the info immediately.

I think

it’s important for all those affected to speak out against government

agencies that aren’t serving us properly.

These

tactics against MMS are similar to the way they are closing down legal medical

marijuana facilities in CA and other places where the states have seen fit to

try and help their citizens.

I

realize that we try to make this a non political group but for all the crying

about deficits and wasteful government spending these are prime examples of misuse

of resources.

It seems like over the past few years the FDA has gotten so much worse... We

first were

shocked when they raided an Amish family for selling " raw " milk, then

again last year

a raw milk vendor was raided FDA SWAT style for the crime of selling milk!! In

my area,

even folks who don't drink raw milk we " ticked " off this happened..

AND now the FDA

is trying to take away all the new supplements that came out after 1994... they

want

they put trough the same kind of testing " drugs " go through, which

means most of these

supps will disappear or since the supplement companies can't afford this

testing, the fear

is the better supps will be tested by BIG PHarma and if they successfully pass,

we the people

will have to get these supps via a script from our doctor and that $15 bottle

of supps will

probably cost $150.. All we can do now is pray they fail at this..

Hi Jeff,

Do you mean the CA marijuana facilities that are CA legal, but Federal illegal?

:-)

Does it not make you wonder why there are so many crack-pots (no pun intended)

in the Federal gov't!! I believe there are now 12 states that are marijuana

legal, and

the Feds have their big EYE on all of them.

Some of America's founding fathers grew hemp (marijuana) and they also found

that smokin'

the fibers really relaxed them... :-) But today, our FedHeads say it is all

illegal.

Repeat after me: Smaller government, more freedom!!

Well actually just by the nature of our illness, we are a political group, we've

been fighting the feds for years to round up money for Lyme research.. Even

with a few Senators, a Congressmen or two and a President with Lyme, there

still is no money for Lyme research...

I do hope some of the nimnods (Feds) see Lyme's electronic billboard in Times

Square

and get the message this disease is here to stay and it is costing society a lot

of money in lost wages, lost taxes and lost productivity.

Hi Jim,

Yes I

mean the CA facilities but have recently heard talk of others as well. The

thing that gets me is that many of the same people who scream about big

government and loss of freedom are the same ones who disregard the fact that this

is a completely natural herb that has been used for many years to successfully

treat a variety of illnesses. I use it for my pain, illegally L and much more effectively than all the chemicals I was putting

into my body.

I guess

when big pharma figures out a way to profit from it then they will lobby for

legalization.

But

what can we really expect from a government which refuses to acknowledge Lyme

as a chronic disease? After all we all know that it’s easily cured with

30 days of abx.

Do you mean the CA marijuana facilities that are CA legal, but Federal illegal?

:-)

Does it not make you wonder why there are so many crack-pots (no pun intended)

in the Federal gov't!! I believe there are now 12 states that are marijuana

legal, and

the Feds have their big EYE on all of them.

Some of America's founding fathers grew hemp (marijuana) and they also found

that smokin'

the fibers really relaxed them... :-) But today, our FedHeads say it is all

illegal.

Repeat after me: Smaller government, more freedom!!

Well actually just by the nature of our illness, we are a political group,

we've

been fighting the feds for years to round up money for Lyme research.. Even

with a few Senators, a Congressmen or two and a President with Lyme, there

still is no money for Lyme research...

I do hope some of the nimnods (Feds) see Lyme's electronic billboard in Times

Square

and get the message this disease is here to stay and it is costing society a

lot

of money in lost wages, lost taxes and lost productivity.

Hi Jeff,

Do you know that over 50% of marijuana is grown on Federal land... :-)

This is a true fact, it is difficult to find and once the feds do, all they

can do is destroy it.. Most growers don't get caught!

I never thought of the Big Pharma connection, I'll bet you've got something

there..

A few years back I saw the numbers of what it costs Americans to prosecute

and imprison people caught with marijuana.. The numbers were staggering

and I also saw the estimated revenue figures if it were legalized, the net

profit to America was huge! Instead of it costing taxpayers, the Feds/States

would tax the legal stuff and we probably would not need so many prisons!!

AND, I am sure the cost to the consumer would also drop a lot..

A win win for everyone!

Well, maybe one day when the feds figure out they need the money, it

will become legal!

Hi Jim,

Yes, I

had read that quite a bit is grown on federal land including national parks.

It’s

insane what we spend on investigating and prosecuting people for marijuana

growing and/or possession. Not to mention our entire “war on drugs”,

yet another war which we have no chance of coming out ahead.

You

would think that someone in government would have figured this out already and

came to these same conclusions but alas they continue to cry about funds and

waste the same enforcing this policy. There has to be a powerful lobby that is

fighting against legalization because not doing it makes no sense at all. Or

about as much sense as denying chronic Lyme exists.

No

matter what happens the one thing you can count on is that we lose.

Do you know that over 50% of marijuana is grown on Federal land... :-)

This is a true fact, it is difficult to find and once the feds do, all they

can do is destroy it.. Most growers don't get caught!

I never thought of the Big Pharma connection, I'll bet you've got something

there..

A few years back I saw the numbers of what it costs Americans to prosecute

and imprison people caught with marijuana.. The numbers were staggering

and I also saw the estimated revenue figures if it were legalized, the net

profit to America was huge! Instead of it costing taxpayers, the Feds/States

would tax the legal stuff and we probably would not need so many prisons!!

AND, I am sure the cost to the consumer would also drop a lot..

A win win for everyone!

Well, maybe one day when the feds figure out they need the money, it

will become legal!
