Thanks Susie,

I didn't know you could buy a mold test at home depot--I thought you had to hire

an expert! I agree that there's no hurry to remove your last amalgam filling,

though. They're most toxic when they're new, anyway.

Some days you may feel lousy just because of the weather, or just because

there's nothing to get excited about. Just start a project to get your mind off

of it, and keep up with your protocol.

Khaya,

The mold kit comes with petri dishes that you place where you want to test for

mold. You leave them there for a required amount of time & then mail them in.

They send you a report & then you can determine if you need to go further & get

an expert. I always like to do my own investigation first, if I can, before I

call in somebody else.

You know what project I started to get my mind off of everything? I cleaned the

toilet & vacuumed. Doing housework, even though it's not a fun thing, always

makes me feel better because I feel like I accomplished something. You do what

it takes to do!

For feeling loozy I noticed that 1 drops of activated MMS in a cup of water rectally ( bulb) gives me a kick and I add a small pinch of bicarbonate of sodium.

Since I feel it is too acid for me ,

Thanks Susie,

I’ll show this to my husband. We just had all our windows replaced, so moved a lot of furniture and discovered some spots we had no idea were there! Scrubbed it with Citra-solve and decided to stop using a humidifier in the bedroom. :(

Housework is good—it doesn’t require much thought, but gets the circulation going good. I especially like laundry. Going up and down stairs, bending and reaching—and the results are pretty quick, too.
