She takes just one pill and is dizzy, tired and neck hurts. She has taken at night and has difficulty sleeping. Will these symptoms subside or is there something else she can take with the chlorella to minimize the side effects. Alan
Guest guest
Alan, One tablet is too little to take, I would advise you to start with 10-20 tablets/day and gradually increase to more. My son has been taking chlorella for the past 2 years and currently he takes between 60-80 tablets per day, sometimes even more (he likes chewing them and sometimes I loose track how many, this is his candy . Dr. K says the more the better, so we started with 30-40 tablets per day and gradually increased. There are different kinds of chlorella - some pull more mercury, however they are more hard on the gut. We started with CGF only (Chlorella Grouth Factor), which is supposed to be most gentle on the gut (however pulls the least amount of mercury) and now my son takes mainly Chlorella Vulgaris, which ART tested best for him (muscle testing). Make sure you find good provider - free of any toxins and radiation. We use BioPure Chlorella. HTH, Krassi > > My daughter recently started taking Chlorella and is having difficulty adjusting. Guest guest
We have not used this product exactly that you are referring to, but 1 tablet of chlorella per day is too little, no matter what company you use. Besides Chlorella we use also MicroSilica (another powerful detoxifier), liver and kidney support to help with the whole detoxing cycle, also CORE (part of the KPU protocol), which helps also with detoxing metals and important part of the parasite protocol (if parasites are an issue). Dr. K says that German moms of autistic kids get them recovered only with chlorella, but they use at least 200-300 tablets per day and it takes them 2-3 years on this high doses to get them better. Let me know if you have any other questions, Krassi > > > > My daughter recently started taking Chlorella and is having difficulty adjusting. Guest guest
It could be mercury release/redistribution. In which case upping the dose may not be the best idea. Sue
