I don't know of any links--someone showed me a long time ago, and part of it is

hard to put into words. The main thing is to brush toward the heart and go

around sensitive spots. It's especially important to brush all around the

breasts (but not on them) because there are so many lymph nodes around them.

You can't really brush the groin, but there are important lymph nodes there,

too, that you can massage with your fingertips. If you've ever had a swollen

'gland' on your panty line at the inside of your leg, you know where the lymph

nodes are. it's also good to massage the lymph nodes under your arms and under

both sides of your jaw. I massage my lymph nodes every day. I think it's more

important than using the dry skin brush. But the dry skin brush is

helpful--especially before a hot bath or using magnesium oil.

khaya, thank-you. HMMM I understand the massaging part....but for the dry

brushing do u actually use a brush? I feel kinda stupid asking.....but was told

it was a good aid for detox. I want to try it on myself and my son. Thank-you.

Yes--go to your local health-food store and ask about dry brushing. Mine is

wood with natural bristles and a removable long handle. You add the long handle

for brushing the back.
