Guest guest
Hey Khaya, I have used a foot bath to detox at the same place I use the GB 4000. I use it once a month until I get the money together for my own. Do they work ???? You betcha, I was going over to the salon to use one ( I have to save enough money to get my own) and I had a chest cold coming on. I get chest colds every year in the winter for my whole life. I know what they feel like when they set in to my system. I went and had the foot bath and, WA LA. No more chest cold. It pulled all of the crap out of me. I had the sniffles for a couple of days, but that week long misery that is fevers, aches and pains, coughing, never took hold of me. Fill it with warm RO water as hot as I can stand, and add sea salt, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide. After about 10 minutes I ask my husband to add more hot water. HOT water is an important ingredient (but not painfully hot). Some people use other ingredients--sometimes I use epsom salts, which is a cheap way to absorb magnesium through the skin. Magnesium is also a detoxer. Apple cider vinegar is a detoxer. There are many variations. Some people use an electronic detoxer in their foot bath, but sea salt and baking soda are excellent and inexpensive. Khaya > > > I have a friend who is lending me one. Has anyone used one to help with the detox? I am the one experiencing her first herx from Bart. YEAH! I would like to have a little more control over the detox. I am drinking gallons (ok, bottles of higher pH water (7-8 ph)) and I have been taking my BurBur. Thats about it. I hope to make it though my dance class (sweating). I drag myself there no matter what. Do these things really work. > > Thanks, >
Guest guest
hi,an easy way to help keep the water warm is to use a seedling heat mat under the dish pan. it is water safe so won't get shocked.barbara Hi Sherry, In my foot bath, which is a small dishpan just big enough for my feet, I usually add about 2 quarts of water (8 cups) or sometimes even more. Into that I add 1/8 to 1/4 cup each sea salt and baking soda, and a tablespoon of FOOD GRADE (35%) hydrogen peroxide. If you prefer to use drug-store H2O2 (3%) you would use a lot more, but it is much cheaper. In a bathtub I use 1/2 to 1 heaping cup each of sea salt and baking soda, and optionally 1/4 C H2O2. Sometimes I use Epsom Salts instead of the sea salt & baking soda. But when I use that up I will probably order some magnesium flakes from Swanson. Magnesium is strengthening, but it also binds with toxins and helps to remove them. So even though our main purpose in using magnesium is to feed our bodies, it still aids in detox. And using the hottest tolerable water also helps with detox and with killing pathogens. Khaya > > > > > > > > > I have a friend who is lending me one. Has anyone used one to help with the detox? Guest guest
khaya,if you do a lot of foot baths, it would pay to pick up another one. just make sure to preheat before using.barbara Oh! I never would have thought of that! Of course, I gave up on starting seeds a long time ago ... Khaya > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I have a friend who is lending me one.
