use a sports stopwatch. they run 5-15$ at walmart or sports stores. To: Lyme_and_Rife From: tim2buk@...Date: Wed, 18 Apr 2012 22:36:30 +0000Subject: Timing the rife sessions

Hi everybody,

I was wondering what most people use to time their rife sessions. I have been using the second hand on a travel clock, but as I increase the minutes, I am afraid of getting confused & making a mistake with the time. Is an egg timer good enough, even though it's not exactly accurate? I was trying to find the fastest way to set a timer & I think a digital one would take too much time. What's the fastest & easiest way to accomplish this? Thanks.

Kitchen timers are easy and inexpensive and then you can use them to time your

meditation sessions *and* cook supper! :-D
