Hi It sounds like you need more digestive enzymes besides hydrocloric acid.Swansonsvitamins has a pretty inexpensive digestive enzymes Id take at least two tabs with every meal.Id also take the Betaine HCL 600 mg and take two at each meal. Then on an empty stomach I would take serrapeptase/nattokinase by AST Enzymes to help break down anything left in the gut and helps break down fibrin in the bloodGreg Lee suggests taking bee pollen to help get amino acids in the body.He recommends a teaspoon plus at each meal.I would build up slowly if you have any pollen allergies,If not then you can go quickly to the full dose.Glucomannan may help move anything undigested out of the bowels. For what its worth,Grains are difficult to digest raw, so seeds or nuts at the very least toast and possibly grind up before eating.janOT: Recent Undigested food in stools help? Posted by: "scdlymie" scdlymie@... scdlymie Date: Mon Mar 26, 2012 10:34 pm ((PDT)),I also have had a similar problem, with undigested food, and very low amino acid levels. They said it looked like I was eating vegetarian when I was actually low carb and eating quite a bit of meat. This was after 15 months of gluten free and a number of years into lyme treatment. Testing also showed that I was not digesting carbohydrates. This was viaa food residues test on

stool. At that point, my doctor put me on the specific carbohydrate diet, which helped me a lot. I have found that fiber is not my friend with this problem. Fiber is important--but when the intestine isn't that healthy, it can't cope so well with it.I still follow that diet although it is more restricted than what the full diet allows. This diet, plus taking bile and betaine with meals, plus using kefir as probiotic, seems to keep the undigested food to a

minimum. For awhile I took a lot of amino acid supplements, now I mostly just supplement certain ones that I am low on and are important for detox.Be sure to have all your nutrient levels checked that you can. I have needed a lot of supplementation, and in fact, take a B vitamin mixture by injection as well as B-12 by injection.I also find that when bartonella is stronger my gut issues are worse. I too have had parasites, have treated them, and continue to treat with the coil as well. My sense is that lyme and co, plus years of abx treatment, plus autoimmune issues have done a number on the gut and it is taking a lot of tender loving care, lol. I hope this gets better ultimately as I improve.I still have frequent bloating. Since I have learned to reliably muscle test myself, I'm using that to try to determine when I need more of something, less of something, avoid a food, etc.I've recently found that probiotic by

enema/suppository also helpful.Hope you can figure this out!Sherry>> For about 2 years I've been having undigested food in my stools (the worst foods are usually seeds then grains which I usually avoid) this was never an issue before I got the swine flu vaccine.> > I am working with a Doctor but nothing has worked so far including, 3 months MMS, hydrochloric acid, probiotics, hpylori/parasite/fungus treatments, enzymes, bile, fasting, homeopathic vaccine detox, liver flushing and not to mention healthy diet.> > I've done 1 food intolerance panel from biohealth diagnostics which tested for eggs, soy, dairy, gluten and gluten came out mildly positive but I was gluten free and still am today.> > Also my amino acid levels were the lowest ever seen despite ingesting tons of grassfed organic beef and taking an amino acid supplement well before the test.> > So anyone have any ideas on where to look, what to try taking and what tests to run etc?> (also diagnosed with lyme, bartonella, PANDAS which I have had for way longer than when this problem started).>"Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything

really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R. Buckminster Fuller
