Guest guest
Hi Susie, Good!!! By taking your Essiac in one dose, then you don't have to bother with it again later in the day.. And you can even add more water if needed, this will NOT dilute the tea.. You still get the benefits from the 1 ounce!! Essiac is really a pretty mild tea, maybe just the added water is all you need... Sometimes we need to start with less or dilute something, then eventually the body is used to it... Diluting is always a better option if it can be done. Take care, Jim > > > > > > > > > > > > Susie, you have to shake the essiac tea because some of it settleson the bottom and you will be missing vital components of it.maybe start witha lower dose like a 1/2 ounce or have a tiny bit of something in your stomach > > > > > > jan > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > . Maybe instead of diluting it, I won't shake up the bottle before I take out my 1 oz.
