Hi Susie,

Good!!! By taking your Essiac in one dose, then you don't have to bother

with it again later in the day.. And you can even add more water if needed,

this will NOT dilute the tea.. You still get the benefits from the 1 ounce!!

Essiac is really a pretty mild tea, maybe just the added water is all you

need...

Sometimes we need to start with less or dilute something, then eventually

the body is used to it... Diluting is always a better option if it can be done.
