OT : whole milk diet day 9

Hi ,

I am wondering if I am not allergic to milk . I feel bloated and do nto want to drink one more drop of milk .

I will wait before I try again this time with goat milk instead of caw milk .

My tongue is all white I am owndering if it doe snto feed the fungus ? Hopefully I ma taking lufenuron at the same time .

I stopp there I still have half a gallon of caw milk in my fridge from the 7 gallon I had bought. I ma going ot freeze it .

I feel miserable but it is due also to the radiac as soon as I felt a littl ebeter at he beginning of this week I did a raw od radiac

3 minutes and it gives me a big herx .
