Clean the root thoroughly, and slice it into thin slices and dehydrate.

Makes a very good tea for the adrenals. You can also freeze the leafy

part or dehydrate it too.

Geesh I'm so glad I asked! I left the root in the ground! Think I'll

freeze the leafy part and I'll go and dig up the root :-)
