Guest guest
Hi Sher, My biopsy experience wasn't very pleasant at all. I felt like I got hit by a truck twice. It was the worst surgery I had ever been through for very little result. My pathology report didn't know what I had, a little uip, a little dip, a little ephysema, some bronchitis, they basically shrugged their shoulders. I had the chest tube. My lung area hurt for over a year. Not excrutiating pain, but sharp pain now and again. It still cramps up from time to time and my surgery was over four years ago. I would not do it again. In my particular case, they knew enough from the pulmonary function test and the HRCT. They were not going to treat me any different. Prednisone was their first course of action regardless.
