Guest guest
I am reading different things in different places regarding the ratio of sodium chlorite solution to citric acid solution. I have a 28% solution of sodium chlorite, and a 50% solution of citric acid. Do I use a 1:1 ratio or a 1:5 ratio? Also, does anyone know if there is any contraindication with taking MMS in conjunction with antibiotics or various herbs/vitamins? We should take it on an empty stomach, right? I have a lot of things I take AT meals, and then more things I take between meals - I want to make sure I take MMS at the right time, away from anything that could affect it negatively. Thanks for putting up with a clueless newbie. Shauna
Guest guest
Hi Shauna, The sodium chlorite is the correct strength we use, 28%, and also the 50% citric acid is also correct. You use equal amounts of each, so for each 1 drop of MMS, use 1 drop of CA. Allow these to acidify for 20 seconds, then add your water and slug it down. Vitamin C is the antidote for MMS, it will render MMS useless very quickly, so it is important to take Vit C 2 hours away from MMS, before or after. I would take other antioxidant supplements, medicines, herbs and vitamins about 1/2 hour away from MMS... Most will not interfere with MMS or it with them, but just to be sure.. Yes, you should take MMS on an empty stomach OR a full stomach!! This does not matter... It will work faster if you use on an empty stomach. Vitamin C is the one you really need pay attention to... AND, natural C such such as in fruit is okay, it does not interfere with MMS, but any juices that have added Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, must be used 2 hours away as these are not natural C. I will eat fruit about 15 minutes away from MMS, only because I don't want to mix the two flavors. Well we are all clueless about something here, so I would not worry about this.. :-) On this group, you may ask all the questions you like, there is no limit and there is no dumb questions... Guest guest
Awesome, thanks so much, Jim. I drank my first MMS last night with 1 drop, and another this morning. No negative reaction, so I'm graduating to 2 drops, woohoo! I'm so excited for something to clear even a little of the brain fog...I wonder how long it will take, or how many drops I'll get up to before I notice something positive. This is a great group. I've just started antibiotics under a LL practitioner, but if they, along with MMS, don't clear everything, my husband's excited to build me a Rife machine. I love all the things I'm learning here. Has anyone beat Bartonella with MMS?Shauna Hi Shauna, The sodium chlorite is the correct strength we use, 28%, and also the 50% citric acid is also correct.
