Guest guest
Thanks . You were really down to the wire as far as what you could eat! Great suggestions as always. Thank you. I've found an NAET practitioner and will definately give it a go. , when you say you can clear allergies now, are you utilizing the NAET technique or laser with vials in order to maintain non-allergic status after NAET, or maybe both? I'm really looking forward to the session. Thanks again . I would highly recommend that you avoid Gluten, Dairy and Soy. I would also recommend that you do a lot of digestive support, ie digestive enzymes with meals and HCL/Betaine. I would also do a good probiotic twice a day since food allergies are often due to leaky gut. I would also seek out a NAET practitioner in your area. Go to NAET.com. I was amazed at how well allergy elimination worked for me and allowed me to start eating foods again. If you are unfamiliar with NAET it is an acupuncture allergy elimination technique that retrains your autonomic nervous system to not view food as an enemy. It works and it will help your joints and any aches and pains you have go away, by eliminating your bodies inflammation response to the foods you are allergic to. The thing that helps the most, is reducing the Lyme load, so you need to get a good rife or coil machine.>> Hi All:> > I would like any advice you have on how to gain weight while being allergic to many things. I'm allergic to gluten, dairy (cow and goat), soy, nuts, and some of the ancient grains through ART testing; although I just had a colonoscopy that indicated celiac sprue and severe food allergies in confirmation. But apparently I can eat rice, quinoa, veg, meat, potatoes. I also do not have functioning adrenal glands just as an aside. > > I did a stint of juicing which of course made me lose more weight and screwed up my GI terrain and bacteria which precipitated a couple of wowza infections; the last which landed me in the hospital for a few days last week...so more weight loss.> > I am going to look into an NAET practitioner which I know has found to be of great help in treating clearing allergies. But in the meantime, as I recover from the infections I know I need to be feasting, so again any advice would be so greatly appreciated. You guys are cherised even though I do participate too much. I feel like I know you all and have come to love you all.> > Thanks so much.> > >
