=====================================

Hi Rica,

That last sentence is supposed to say inorganic calcium.Inorganic

calcium is not absorbed well by the body and hence does very little for

osteoporosis. Inorganic calcium is usually what you get in the stores

in tablet form or powder. Organic calcium comes from soaking eggs in

lemon juice or maybe even sea shells in lemon juice for a day or two and

then straining it and drinking the lemon juice with the organic calcium

in it. Can't get much more organic than chicken eggs or sea shells.

Unless you are eating lots of mallow seeds.

Also, doing some form of strength training or weight lifting will force

your bones to add more calcium to the bones. Bascially any exercise will

do this if you do enough of it. Joggins, jump roping, rebounding, weight

training (best for this), brisk walking. Exercise is a major key to good

health.
