Hyalauric acid is one of the best for joint issues ,its anti-inflammatory t it lubricates the joint and helps rebuild cartilage.Taking tumeric (curcumin) and boswellia should help with swelling also.Jan. thanks jan,he's tried it, but didn't seem to work.  maybe didn't stay on long enough??barbara
