I know it has been mentioned on the board here, but I want to put it out there

again.

I highly recommend everyone getting the book titled " Explaining unexplained

illnesses " by Pall.

Again- I know it has been mentioned before on here... but I've been doing

suggestions recommended in the book, and although I'm a long ways away from

where I want to be, they do seem very accurate for myself.

Many times he is explaining symptoms and things that make the condition worse

and help... and they all fit like a glove for me.

I have come to realize that I have multiple chemical sensititives and not so

much of a problem with an infection. I've done all the protocols for infections

and I couldn't really tell any improvement at all. The only things that work

for myself is avoiding foods I am allergic to/have an intolerance to, and

avoiding chemicals, exhaust fumes, normal cleaning products, normal laundry

cleaner and softner, perfumes, etc.

Those bring all of my symptoms on. I just reget it all taking me this long to

figure out.

I believe Dr. Pall has it hit on the head, he is a biochemist. He used

to have the condition himself but was ablto cure himself- and has even published

medical studies himself on this subject.

I encourage everyone to at least check the book out from their library.

Thanks for the recommendation, .

I have been listening to lectures by Dr. Lipman, Dr. Christiane

Northrup, Marcelle Pick and Dr. Bruce Lipton. Very, very interesting stuff

on how our bodies, i.e. fragile ecosystems, work. They all have published

books.

I personally use a mix of Western and Eastern medicine practices for

balanced and healthy body and mind.

Yes I have (attempted) to read this book...its great!

I think that Kathy on from the NY clinic is

giving lectures about this very theory and how it

relates to autism...

I know that Dr. Pall is publishing an article soon

that relates the NO/ONOO cycle and how it can cause

the symptoms of autism...
